How not to get confused when ordering

We recently received a message from one new user who ran into a conflict of ordering criteria on the site, and this made us aware that there are some anomalies which we will address VERY quickly.

The controversy (as we see it) lies ion the functionality of the minimum order notice as well as certain coding needed to determine the product classes being ordered and the customer class membership.

These issues are being reviewed and we will undertake their correction within the week.

In the meantime, if you are wishing to join the Comic Service,

1.) Please do not mix titles from the standing order list with actual available products.

2.) When checking out you will get the "minimum order" message, but there is a link at the bottom of the page that allows you to bypass the minimum. Use that link to go to checkout.

3.) Once at checkout the system will calculate a "shipping cost" based on the number of titles. You can use this to make your payment. We will adjust the amount of the payment to the $100 initial deposit and notify you of your membership in the Comic Service, as well as the other details you need.

4.) Make your standing order first. Once you have your membership details, THEN make orders for any other items. At that time you'll have gotten access to the special areas of the site as well as be able to order other available items at DISCOUNT prices.

We'll keep you informed of corrections to the system to fix this problem.

And now, onto Fantastic Four!
